How Engagements Are Priced
You are buying senior execution without agency overhead — one accountable operator instead of a account manager, a strategist and a junior doing the work. Here is how that is structured and priced.
01 — MODELS
Three ways to work together
Project
From $1,200 USD
Fixed scope, fixed price. A website, a funnel, a brand refresh, an automation build or a campaign launch — defined in writing before we start.
- Written scope and timeline
- Milestone payments
- Two revision rounds inside scope
- Handover with full account access
Retainer
From $800 USD / month
A monthly block of defined hours and deliverables across SEO, content, social, ads management or maintenance — whatever the business needs held steady.
- Agreed monthly deliverables
- Monthly reporting call
- Priority turnaround on requests
- Rolling scope, reviewed quarterly
Fractional director
From $2,500 USD / month
Ongoing strategic ownership across every channel. I set the plan, execute it, brief anyone else involved and report on it as the person accountable for the outcome.
- Channel strategy and roadmap
- Execution across all disciplines
- Weekly calls in your hours
- Dashboards you can read without me
Starting figures are honest floors, not typical totals. A quote follows a scope call so the number you get is the number you pay.
02 — VARIABLES
What moves the price
- Number of pages, templates and languages
- Whether copy, photography and brand assets already exist
- Integrations: CRM, payments, booking, ERP, custom APIs
- Migration from an existing site and its content debt
- Number of ad accounts, markets and campaign structures
- Speed — compressed timelines carry a premium
03 — Q&A
Common questions about pricing
- Why are there no fixed package prices?
- Scope drives price. A five-page site with existing copy and a fifty-page site needing content, migration and tracking are different builds. I quote after a scope call so the number holds.
- How do payments work?
- Projects are split into milestones — typically an upfront portion to start, one at the midpoint and the balance at handover. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
- Is ad spend included in retainer fees?
- No. Media spend goes directly to Google or Meta from your own account. My fee covers strategy, build, optimisation and reporting.
- Can I start small?
- Yes. Most long relationships here started with one contained project — a site, a funnel or one automation — and grew from there.
