SD Consulting — an advisory site that makes a long sales cycle easier to win
An advisory positioning site built for credibility, clarity and long sales cycles.
01
The situation
SD Consulting sells advisory work with a months-long decision cycle, often to a committee. The site is visited repeatedly by different people asking different questions.
The old presence described the firm in abstractions, which left prospects unable to tell whether a specific problem was in scope.

What I built
- Positioning and message architecture before any design
- Service definitions written so a buyer can self-qualify in one read
- Credibility layer: sector experience, engagement shapes, working process
- Technical SEO base with unique metadata and crawlable structure
03
How it works
The core move was replacing adjectives with scope. Each service states the trigger situation, what the engagement includes, and what the client walks away with — which lets a champion forward one page to a sceptical colleague.
Because buying happens over months, the site supports returning visits: shallow navigation, stable URLs and pages that make sense out of order rather than as a linear pitch.
SEO focused on problem-phrased searches a decision-maker types before they are ready to talk, which brings them in early and lets the content do the qualifying.
