Salmon Real Estate — a listing-led site that routes enquiries to the right agent

A listing-led site with map, agent and enquiry flows that route straight to the right person.

01

The situation

Buyers arrive wanting to see property, and everything between the landing and the listing is friction. The previous experience buried inventory behind brochure pages.

On the agency side, enquiries were arriving in a shared inbox with no context about which listing or agent they belonged to.

02

What I built

  • Listing-first architecture with map and filter browsing
  • Listing detail template with gallery, key facts, location context and enquiry form
  • Agent profile pages linked from every listing
  • Enquiry capture that carries the listing reference and routes to the responsible agent
  • Neighbourhood content structure for organic discovery

03

How it works

The homepage's job is to get someone into inventory in one tap, so search and featured listings sit above any narrative copy. Filters persist as visitors move between listings, which is what returning buyers actually do.

Every enquiry carries the listing reference and the agent, so nobody has to reconstruct context. That single detail changes response time more than any design decision on the page.

Neighbourhood pages are written as genuine local context rather than templated location text, so they earn their own search visibility instead of competing with the listings.
