LeadLeads — funnel pages wired to automated routing and follow-up
Conversion-first funnel pages wired to automated lead routing and follow-up.
01
The situation
LeadLeads generates enquiries at volume, so the bottleneck was never traffic — it was what happened in the minutes after a form submission.
Leads landed in an inbox, were qualified by hand, and cooled off while waiting to be assigned.
02
What I built
- Funnel page set with a single conversion goal per page
- Form architecture that captures qualification data without adding friction
- Automation layer: enrichment, scoring, routing and instant acknowledgement
- Notification and handoff flows into the team's working tools
- Reporting view of source, volume and conversion
03
How it works
Each funnel page carries one action. Navigation, cross-links and secondary CTAs are removed, because on a paid-traffic page every alternative path is a leak.
Qualification questions are ordered by how much they cost the visitor: cheap answers first, sensitive ones last, so partial abandonment still leaves a usable lead.
The automation does the boring part — dedupe, score, route, acknowledge — within seconds of submission. Speed to first contact is the single strongest predictor of conversion in this category, so it was treated as the product rather than an add-on.
